KATHLEEN RUBIN

With practices in both urban design and interiors, Texas-based designer Kathleen Rubin brings a people-focused and artful approach to her commercial, residential and public space projects.

Kathleen studied Interior Design at the New York Institute of Art & Design and founded Room is Blue in 2016. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master's Degree in Public Affairs from the LBJ School at the University of Texas, specializing in urban design. Her work in urban design includes placemaking, public art and green infrastructure projects.
